Teslas have a variety of signature weapons unique to their membership. Crafting a personal sidearm in conjunction with one of the group's engineers is part of the process of joining the Teslas, and crafting a secondary weapon is part of earning certain titles, such as “Knight”, within the group. These weapons run on Tesla Energy Cells, a proprietary, recyclable, non-rechargeable battery type made in Arclight.

Tesla Armor
Teslas make specialized armor which incorporates Tesla coil technology. Adorned with bits and rings of metal, as well as visible arcs of electricity, Tesla armor offers a powerful deterrent: anyone who lands a melee attack against a target wearing Tesla armor must resist 5S stun damage from electricity. Fortunately the armor doesn't pose a risk to it's wearer, or to friendly touches even when wet, which was actually the hard part of its design. Tesla armor is completely obvious as such when active, and even if deactivated has it's concealability reduced by 5. Active Tesla armor is actually considered tres chic in some circles, and curious enthusiasts may wish to touch it for the hair-raising plasma-globe like effect that comes from non-hostile touching. Activating Tesla armor safely is a bit involved, and requires a complex action. Tesla armor can run for 12 hours or 12 discharges interchangeably before it must be recharged for 6 hours. The Tesla armor option can be installed on any piece of armor.

Tesla "Vic Viper" Scouter Droid
Approximately 2 feet in length, this compact recon droid is commonly dispatched alongside Teslas in the barrens to provide backup, or sent out on its own to keep the area around Arclight free from raiders. Its integral Death Ray and formidable stealth systems make it a valuable scout and ally.
